Laurel and Hardy, The Usual Suspects
Here
is a painting of the most successful double act of all
time 'Laurel and Hardy'. It was created from one of
their many classic scenes. I wanted to capture the humour,
character and drama in a painting. It features Laurel
trying to blow out a flame on Hardy's thumb. I used
black, white and shades of grey as they were seen in
their films. This classic painting will always make
people smile and laugh.
